Planning a campervan adventure can come with lots of questions, especially for first-time travellers. Our frequently asked questions cover everything from campervan hire in Caerphilly and driver requirements to insurance, deposits, European travel and what’s included in your vehicle hire.

  • How much is the booking deposit?

    A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before departure. Bookings made within 7 days of travel must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • What payments do you accept?

    Payments can be made securely through our online booking system.

  • Can I make changes to my booking?

    Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes.

  • What licence do I need?

    Drivers must hold a full UK driving licence and meet our insurance requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding eligibility.

  • Can additional drivers be added?

    Yes, additional drivers can be added subject to insurance approval.

  • Do I need campervan experience?

    No. Our campervans are easy to drive and we'll provide a full handover before your trip.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, our campervans are dog friendly.

  • Is bedding included?

  • Do your campervans have heating?

    Yes, our campervans are equipped with diesel heating for year-round comfort.

  • Can you collect me from the train station?

    We offer a collection service on request.

  • Can I travel anywhere in the UK?

    Absolutely. Beautiful Wales is on your doorstep, but you're free to explore throughout the UK.

  • Is a security deposit required?

    Yes, a refundable security deposit of £750 is required before collection of the vehicle.

  • Can I take the campervan to Europe?

    Please contact us before booking if you are planning European travel, as additional requirements may apply
